What it is: A satirical poster.

The function: For personal decoration for personal use. The poster appears to be making a joke and therefore intended to spread humor around the world.

The style of the design and typography: American Kitsch

The quality of the work: Excellent. The quality is excellent. McGarr has been printing posters for many years. The poster pulls elements from the the 1950's and even more recently Rock Posters. The two color on white paper process convincingly conveys depth and tension.

What attracted me to the piece: The humor in the picture.
